There is no comparison file for the Blue Sparkly available because we have no machine-readable data for this edition,  but for the most part it is identical to the CIMS(1) “JCIM except that it has more proofing and has corrected some mistakes.

 

The change of “whate’er” to “whatever,” however (Chapter 13, page 305) which Blue Sparkly makes is probably, in the view of some, the introduction of an error.  It has otherwise introduced some curious spelling variations.
